SUMMARY
The touchpad settings are completely blank under Wayland if not accessed before the mouse page.  This is not the case under X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in under Wayland
2. Click on mouse & trackpad to be taken to the mouse page.
3. Click on touchpad.

OBSERVED RESULT
The touchpad page is completely blank.

EXPECTED RESULT
The touchpad page should not be blank.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Can be worked around by accessing Touchpad through the search. Afterwards Touchpad behaves normally.
