SUMMARY
If Title haven't explained what I mean, then check out the video I attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to root directory /
2. "Open as Administrator" through Context Menu.
3. Authenticate your account with sufficient privileges.
4. Under Administrator mode go to your folder from which you want to copy your file.
5. Paste it into desired folder. To notice meaningless notification for longer period about file transfer, prefer to use file larger than usual. In my case it's size was 2GB.

OBSERVED RESULT
"Copying" notification shows with empty progress bar. Even percentage is set to 0% all the time during copying file.

EXPECTED RESULT
It must show progress bar in "Copying" notification.

Open as administrator is not shipped by KDE.
It is not supported.

Current issue it is related to kio-admin. For reproducing current bug "Administrative Actions" Context Menu must be enabled.
