Run command prompts do not work.
only the "say hello" works. none of the other . i tried shutdown prompt lock screen prompt nothing works. 

all the commands used to work in windows 10 but recently upgraded to windows 11 now only one command "say hello" works and nothing else. 

I tried all the solutions from kde wiki . tried different prompts nothing working . 


i would be grateful if you could give me workaround.
