SUMMARY
Login takes longer when switching to kde form another de

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login into KDE
2. login takes ~ 5 seconds before user is able to acess desktop
3. install budgie via `dnf group install "budgie-desktop"
4. log out and switch session to Budgie
5. login to new deskop takes ~ 5 secs 
6. set up themeing (switch gtk themes to magia dark, switch icons to paparius etc.)
7. log out and switch back to KDE

OBSERVED RESULT
Loggin takes much longer (~ 1 min)
after the login, logging back into kde takes 5 sec, untill i switch DEs and switch back again

EXPECTED RESULT
login takes the same amout of time

This is definitely not a use case that Plasma developers are actively testing so it would not surprise me if there are some rough edges. Can you help us figure out what it's doing during that time? Can you gather some logs?

also the taskbar stops working, it does not show running process, however i can still start new instances of programs. it also stops snapping to the bottom of screen and remins floating even when a full screen app has been launched

sorry, it stills docks for kde apps, only 3rd party apps are affected (firefox, kitty, etc)

I'm on plasma 6.2 , the version which the bug patched is set for relese, but there was no improvement

when rebooting pc before switching des, the bug is gone
