I'm sorry, but this is a place to report issues with Krita itself, not a user support forum. Millions of people are using Krita on Windows every day, so this is not likely to be an issue in Krita itself, but a local configuration issue. For Windows, you might have to switch between the Wintab or the Windows ink drivers: we explain the possible issues here: https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/drawing_tablets.html#where-it-can-go-wrong-windows If you still have problems, it's better to ask other users instead of the krita developers: go to the krita-artists.org forum for that.
