SUMMARY
Cannot specify custom vault path during creation


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new vault
2. Specify any path that is not `~/.local/share/plasma-vault/personal.enc` (for example `~/.local/share/personal.enc` or `/media/data/myvaults/personal.enc`


OBSERVED RESULT
- A message `The specified path does not exists` appear even if the path exists.
- I cannot continue on the the next step


EXPECTED RESULT
- The provided path is accepted and the creation can continue
