SUMMARY
KDE Panel when floating is disabled gets dark and distorted when minimizing maximized windows

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable floating mode
2. open a window and maximize it
3. minimize the window

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel becomes blurry distorted and black

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel keeps being visible without any artifacts

Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux 6.10.6-3-cachyos
KDE Plasma Version: KDE Plasma 6.1.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The only found workaround as of now is to enable floating mode.

Aha, this is fixed in Plasma 6.2 already.
