Unresponsive dialog box

SUMMARY
When I attempted to copy and paste a file as a new file in the same directory, kdevelop hung and would not respond to keyboard or mouse input.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  In Project list, copy a file
2. Paste the file in the same directory
3. Try to interact with the dialog box that pops up to rename the file

OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog box would not respond to any mouse or keyboard input

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect to be able to type in a new filename and continue
