SUMMARY
At https://konversation.kde.org/users.html, the `Konversation Handbook` link points to the wrong URL, which results in being redirected to https://docs.kde.org with the following errors: 
`The branch development is not available for the specified application/language.`
`The package extragear-network could not be found.` 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to https://konversation.kde.org/users.html
2. Click on the `Konversation Handbook` link

OBSERVED RESULT
The `Konversation Handbook` link points to https://docs.kde.org/development/en/extragear-network/konversation/index.html

EXPECTED RESULT
The `Konversation Handbook` link points to https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/konversation/konversation/index.html
