SUMMARY
my widget "focus-plasmoid" can be set on horizontal panel (whatever the panel type) but doesn't appears in vertical panel on the desktop.

the counter increments each instance that has been dragged and dropped into the panel, but the widget do appears neither on the desktop nor in the panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install the plasmoid: https://gitlab.com/divinae/focus-plasmoid
2. put one in your vertical panel and horizontal panel
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the plasmoid doesn't appear in the vertical panel while the widget's counter keep it as active

EXPECTED RESULT
same behavior as horizontal panel

This is going to be a bug in that plasmoid, not the panel itself.
