after the error in the installer I run fsdisk in the console the output indicates that two partition where created efi and sda (adding attachments whit screen shot of output doesn't work for me at the moment) |
Created attachment 173223 [details] error dialog SUMMARY Can't install latest neon iso in virtualbox (neon-user-20240831-1334.iso) because it can not write to disk. the error is inconsistent, it may ralate to EFI boot enablament in virtualbox image. when EFI is enabled the installer fails (screen shot) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. follow install wizard 2. choose erase disk 3. choose encrypt disk OBSERVED RESULT error dialog when trying to write the partition table EXPECTED RESULT formatted disk and start installing SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS neon iso: neon-user-20240831-1334.iso ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
