Moving window with Wacom tablet

SUMMARY

I have a One by Wacom (M) tablet, ID 056a:037b.

The problem occurs when trying to move a window using the tablet. If I click on the window title bar, no problem. If I pick the window in location different from the title bar (for example, moving Kate from the icons toolbar or Kcalc/Dolphin from the status bar), the window slides away under the cursor to an arbitrary location (usually the upper left point between the window decoration and the menu bar, but it can be another location). No problem when moving the windows around using the ALT+clic technique.

No problem when using the tablet inside the applications.

I attached a video to explain it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Dolphin window.
2. Clic on the status bar of dolphin and try to drag the window around.
3. The window slides under the cursor to an arbitrary location.

OBSERVED RESULT

The dragged window slides under the cursor to an arbitrary location.

EXPECTED RESULT

The dragged window should follow the point where it was picked from.

I just updated my Arch to KDE Plasma 6.2 and bug seems resolved because now it's possible to drag around a window using the titlebar only.
