SUMMARY

In Kile, setting LuaLaTeX as the default engine for live preview does not work; the setting is not recognized or applied. The live preview does not use LuaLaTeX as specified in the configuration.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setting > Configure Kile...
2. Kile > Live Preview
3. Set default live preview tool > LuaLatex

OBSERVED RESULT

Live preview is still done with PDFLaTeX and not LuaLaTeX
