SUMMARY
Version 24.05-4064 is listening to connection and functional
Version 24.08-4195 is not listening to any connection and dysfunctional, and reports The name org.kde.kdeconnect was not provided by any .service fil

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install the 24.08-4195 version of KDE Connect and start the program
2. execute lsof -i | grep kde

OBSERVED RESULT
no output and the device name box shows "The name org.kde.kdeconnect was not provided by any .service fil" and can not be modified

EXPECTED RESULT
Terminal output:
