Created attachment 173058 [details] attachment-171303-0.html For more detail. Just in case. This is an AMD system 5600G CPU. 32 GB RAM AsRock motherboard. Hardware tests pass. I also have two nvme ssds. One runs Debian 12 KDE 5.27. No issues there. The other runs Fedora 40 KDE. The only issue there has been Discover. I can’t produce any other crash or issues other than Discover. Most of the time updating flatpaks at the command line seems to help but this last time it did not unfortunately. It didn’t seem to matter what I tried to do. Hope this helps. Thanks! Finally had an upgrade to run and Discover has been working fine so far. Cannot produce a crash using the provided command. What's the output of curl -v https://autoconfig.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml curl -v https://api.kde-look.org/ocs/v1/content/data/1367056 (you may need to email the output to me directly if bugzilla doesn't cooperate) Created attachment 173105 [details] attachment-614019-0.lrf Ok here you go. Hope this helps. Thanks. Unfortunately not the problem I expected it to be. Figuring out what's wrong here will be a challenge or impossible since we have no clear way to reproduce this. I have seen similar traces when Categories get deleted but that should only happen when KNS engines fail to provide data, which per the curl doesn't seem to be the problem. Ok good to know. I think I can get by for now with the command you sent. Ill let you know if anything changes. If there's anything else I can do to help let me know. Thank you! Derek Enz Created attachment 173248 [details] attachment-1958723-0.lrf Here's more info just in case. Not sure it helps. Running plasma-discover from terminal. Oh! So it is what I thought. Curious that the curl succeeded but discover then fails to fetch the knewstuff resources in a reasonable time. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 491703 *** Created attachment 173253 [details] attachment-1980793-0.html Kgreat!
