SUMMARY
The clock shows up partially hidden when the system is booted and when the only thing in a panel is a digital clock, with the panel properties set to Fit-Content and Not-Floating and Dodge-Windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an empty panel and add a digital-clock and set the panel to fit content, not floating, center and dodge-windows.
2. Reboot the computer.

OBSERVED RESULT
You will find the panel covers up the digital clock partially and only a small portion of the clock gets displayed. This gets fixed immediately when we configure the clock or enter the edit mode or do something that makes it render.

EXPECTED RESULT
The clock should be displayed normally
