How to disable new remote desktop in plasma? 

In Settings/ remote desktop/enable RDP server if it disabled then it will be enabled after logoff and login. I have this problem only on my profile after update to 6.1 if i recall.

I've install kde neon on my new laptop recently and not experiencing this problem, so it cannot be recreated on new user profile.

This was issue with Neon, it should be fixed now when you update. If not, you can reply to the ticket linked here ( 490665 )
