SUMMARY
Certain effects applied to clips inside a nested sequence are randomly skipped. Moving said sequence up or down a track in the timeline will read previously skipped effects.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new sequence.
2. Add clip(s) to new sequence.
3. Make cuts to clip(s).
4. Add effects to clip(s).
5. Place nested sequence onto main sequence.
6. Save, close, and re-open project in Kdenlive.

OBSERVED RESULT
Randomly, certain effects in nested sequence will be ignored. In one particular case, entire audio track was ignored.

EXPECTED RESULT
That nested sequence be a 1 to 1 representation of it's content. Same video, same audio, same effects applied.
