Wish : 
Not sure if we can class it as a bug, so I leave it as a wish
In Map view (right tools bar), when grouping photo by Filename (in the case of grouping RAW+JPEG photo, bacause this is the same photo just the format differs), GPS is probably strictly the same (GPS is provided by hardware/software at shooting time). 
GPS coordinates and the time information are not displayed below the widget (I undestand that i's not possible if the selection/group of differents photos).

Under which widget is nothing displayed? In a grouped image, only the coordinates of the leader item are displayed.

I was talking under the Map View widget (right tools bar) , with a group image there is no coordinates shown. see attached screen shot

I can't reproduce it, the map is only displayed if the leading image has coordinates and therefore also the text coordinates.

What surprises me is that they show the area circle with 2 images.
This is actually not possible with this view.

If you have selected multiple images in the view, then this behavior is normal.

I put it as a wish because I wasn't sure if it could be classified as a bug, especially if the use case was not intended.
