SUMMARY
Able to add Google account in online accounts, Issue arises when attempting to access GDrive from dolphin file manager. Endless loop loading...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Network Folder in Dolphin
2. open GDrive folder
3. Endless Loop Loading and nothing shows up...

If you can still reproduce this issue, please run from the terminal the following command:

    QT_LOGGING_RULES="kf.kio.workers.gdrive=true" dolphin

and then paste here the output. Thanks!
