STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings - shortcuts
2. Look at the entry corresponding to Power Management...
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Component name partially shown, and no hint displaying full name on hover.

EXPECTED RESULT
Provide some way to see the full name

Can confirm. In this case we should make the sidebar width adjustable. I recall a patch to do that: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/2285.

Ideally in addition we would make its default width wide enough to always show the longest item's label, but that's harder.
