Summary:	Whenever I try to make a layer and draw, it duplicates that drawing on every board. Krita crashes when I start a new project or open up a project. I also can't change the workspace if one is already on. It just changes all projects to that workspace.

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. CREATE MULTIPLE BOARDS IN STORYBOARD WORKSPACE
2. SCRIBLE RANDOMLY IN EACH BOARD
3. CREATE A LAYER IN ONE OF THE BOARDS AND DRAW IN IT

OBSERVED RESULT
. DUPLACTE DRAWINGS IN ALL THE BOARDS

EXPECTED RESULT
. NO DUPLACES IN ALL BOARDS. DRAWING SHOULD STAY IN ONE BOARD

I'm sorry, but your report is not clear enough for me to understand. What do you mean with "board"? If the problems are hard to describe, please make a screen recording that shows the problems. Also, please attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports and help->system log for bug reports to this bug report.
