4. Run the App Troubleshooter

    Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps. Run the troubleshooter to see if it can detect and fix the issue.

5. Reinstall the App

    Uninstall the problematic app and then reinstall it. This can often resolve issues caused by corrupted files.

6. Check App Permissions
