draw-freehand and its various sizes

SUMMARY

I'm using breeze icons for a vector graphics editor (glaxnimate) and for the freehand tool I use the `draw-freehand` icon. On the toolbars this icon looks a completely different icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use draw-freehand icon
2. Get the 48x48 version

OBSERVED RESULT

It doesn't look anything like the smaller versions

EXPECTED RESULT

It should look like smaller versions of the same icon and match the style of the other draw-* icons

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Looks like the 48 size version links to the apps/scribus icon

It seems to be the only of the draw-* icons with a 48 size variant.

Heh, oops. Can confirm.

The weirdness of this bug makes me thin that someone is inappropriately using it as an app icon, though. Need to investigate before removing it.

    Okular sidebar use now colorful icons
    BUG 412407 and BUG 412405


Not only is the reason no longer valid (Okular's sidebar now uses a standard tab bar with small symbolic icons), this wasn't the right way to do it.

Will fix.

Remove 48px draw-freehand symlink

It was symlinked to the Scribus app icon, which was not the right thing
to do. This was originally done to get a colorful icon in there at a
large size for an old version of Okular's sidebar which wanted to use
colorful icons, but that UI has been gone for a few years anyway.
