I'm not able to reproduce this on git-master KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0 Qt Version: 6.7.3 Kernel Version: 6.10.13-304.current (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland I also can't reproduce on 6.1.5.
