SUMMARY
System Settings theme browser stops responding to input immediately upon opening and continues trying to load the theme page before one of two things occur, it either eventually shows "connection closed" or the window just turns grey and Plasma recommends terminating it. (this also happens with Discover.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open system settings >
2.  Colors and themes >
3.  Try to interact with theme browser >
4.  No longer responding.
