SUMMARY
No clear messaging is used when installation is happening in the background after the install + restart.
First, screen is blank until a keypress. Then red stars moving around displaying something along "Waiting for installation etc." - but then another message (in different language - e.g. Neon user-preferred language is shown intermittently over, but hardly readable such as "Installing 27%" and then disappears flashed over again by the "Waiting for installation etc.". 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install + require restart
2. Wait for blank screen
3. Press a key

OBSERVED RESULT
No clear message, confusing interface of messages flashing over each other, difficult to see actual % progress of installation.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clear messaging, no blank screen, clear indication of % progress.
