SUMMARY
DrKonqi failed to pick up an earlier crash of plasmashell.

WHAT HAPPENED
1. Resuming system from supend.
2. Session crashed, back to SDDM.
3. Logged in again.
4. Plasmashell crashed.
5. Session seemed only partly functional, thus rebooting with `systemctl reboot`
6. Logging in again.

OBSERVED RESULT
Missing DrKonqi icon about the plasmashell crash, no way to send it to the crash database.

EXPECTED RESULT
See a nice DrKonqi icon :)

drkonqi-coredump-gui now has facilities to deal with this sort of scenario manually
