It crosses my mind to try a newer video driver - now I'm with the latest Vulkan beta but the problem is still here. I have some problems with Wayland and I can't use it yet so I'm stuck with X11 and this bug drives me nuts. Can you try to figure out what triggers this to happen? Maybe try in a new clean user account with no customization and see if that's also affected. If not, then we know that it's something about your normal user account. So then you can try disabling or reverting customizations one at a time until you figure it out. Good luck! I tried to find what triggers it but without success. I even disabled all sys tray apps but it doesn't help. Does it happen in a new user account? I can't try for sometimes it takes hours to trigger but I have to work. With a new profile there's nothing I can use to get my job done and it will be a purposeless mouse navigating. I'll try hard to test it though. That sounds rough. Do let us know if you manage to figure it out! I might also recommend using the Wayland session where you recommended it doesn't happen. "I might also recommend using the Wayland session where you recommended it doesn't happen." There are too many problems with Wayland like apps not working and a "heavy" and sluggish mouse no matter the settings so unforunately it isn't really an option. I just tested it for half a day to figure out if the mous problem will occure. I tried a new proile and the problem doesn't occure. Now comes the hardest part for me... Thanks! Best of luck! (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #9) > Best of luck! Thanks, Up the Irons! Nate, found it! It was x11vnc. Since it doesn't work on Wayland there's no problems. And it doesn't start with a new profile for I made it autostart for my profile. It was a tough battle but I won it :) Nice work! Might wanna report this to the devs anyway. It occurs it's x0vncserver actually. I'll repotr it ofc :) |
