OBSERVED RESULT
When the panel is configured either as Dodge windows or Auto hide, hovering the mouse over where the bar is supposed to be result in it showing, however, when doing the same while dragging a file, for example to drag a file from dolphin to firefox, the bar fails to reveal itself.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Icon only task manager pannel reappears when hovering over it while dragging a file when it is configured as Dodge windows or Auto hide.
