For example, the Panel configuration has some buttons which are not translated.

SUMMARY
Some buttons and labels are not translated in German at all. As far as i know, those buttons and labels lack translations:
1. "Show Panel Configuration"
2. The "Desktop and Wallpaper" and "Display Configuration" when right clicking on the desktop
3. The entire "Remote Desktop" page in the System Settings
4. The text on the SMART-Status in the Info Center
5. The login screen after the PC has been put into Standby mode (Not the SDDM login). 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change to german language (or Install Arch using the de-DE.utf8 locale.)
2. Right click on "Show Panel Configuration"
3. Some buttons in the Panel Configurator are not translated.

OBSERVED RESULT
Some labels and buttons are missing the translations into the german language.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text should be translated into German
