SUMMARY
When copying very large video files (about 25 Gb) to external (USB) HDD file transfer rate drops down drastically after couple of minutes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Split view in Dolphin
2. Copy large file (about 25 Gb) from HDD to external HDD

OBSERVED RESULT
File transfer starts at USB's maximum speed but after coulpe of minutes speed drops down to 200kb/s - 1,5Mb/s.

EXPECTED RESULT
File should be trasfered at maximum speed all the time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The bug can be reproduced also like this:
1. Open Konsole and start copying process in command line.
2. Open Dolphin and view external HDD folder where you are copying the file -> File transfer rate drops 
3. Close Dolphin -> File transfer rate rises back to maximum.
