SUMMARY
I have a lot of text in one of the notes widgets so not all can be displayed and there are scrollbars in the widget and each time I restart Plasma this Notes widget get enlarged so it displays all text in it and since it becomes too big and can not be in between other widgets it also gets moved to another position.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a Notes widget with a lot of text and make the size smaller so not all text is shown
2. Surround the widget by other widgets
3. Restart Plasma

OBSERVED RESULT
Notes widget gets enlarged so all text fits and it gets moved to another place.

EXPECTED RESULT
Notes widget should just remain of the same size the user sets and should stay at the same place.

Is this on the desktop? Have you made the sticky note smaller than its default size? I can reproduce that if I make it smaller than its default size on the desktop, after restarting plasma it returns to the default size.

This should be fixed in Plasma 6.3.0
