SUMMARY I've been having a lot of crashes with Firefox since the update to Plasma 6.1 if I'm in a Wayland session. If I start Firefox from a console, there is often the following error after a crash: "[GFX1-]: Wayland protocol error: wp_linux_drm_syncobj_surface_v1#67: error 5: explicit sync is used, but no release point is set" There are other errors as well.

There have been much less crashes lately but they still happen. No crashes with X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Firefox
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT Firefox crashes sooner or later.

EXPECTED RESULT No crashes.

If Firefox crashes, it's a Firefox bug. You should report this to Firefox's developers at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org
