I'm sorry, but this doesn't sound like a bug in Krita. If it were a real bug, it would happen for everyone, and it doesn't. Either there's a problem with your tablet configuration (if you use one) or you might reconfigured some canvas actions in Krita's settings. If you are convinced that this is actually an error in Krita's code, you need to provide more information. A screen recording of the whole Krita window showing the problem would be best.
