Rules 2 - 4 are duplicates of Rule 1
Thanks for your bug report! Can you also please post the contents of '~/.config/kwinrulesrc' before and after the deletion happens? This will be very helpful to try and find the cause of the issue. Apologies for leaving that out; I will try to remember this in the future. At this point, I've upgraded several times and the issue seems to be resolved. My new details are given below.
