SUMMARY
The `Track Mouse` tool in `Apps & Windows` - `Window Management` - `Desktop Effect` is broken.

If you enable the `mouse tracker`, then the `tracker animation` will appear, but will not follow the movement of the mosue cursor.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable `Mouse Tracker`.
2. The `Tracker Animation` will not follow the movement of current `mouse cursor`

OBSERVED RESULT
The `Tracker Animation` doesn't follow the movement of current `mouse cursor`.

EXPECTED RESULT
The `Tracker Animation` should follow the movement of current `mouse cursor`.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: ArchLinux 6.10.3-arch1-2 (64-bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The `mouse tracker` is broken, since recently big update of KDE 6.0.

I didn't modify any configuration, the function is broken after i update into `KDE 6.0`.

Yes, I'm using x11.

I meet the same un-expected behaviour.
