SUMMARY
Layout change OSD does not show when using shortcut to switch to specific layout even when "Show a popup on layout change" option is enabled

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Show a popup on layout change"
2. Add a second layout
3. add a shortcut to switch to that layout
4. press that shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
Layout change OSD does not show up, even though layout is correctly changed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Layout change OSD shows up.

Testing this on Wayland, the shortcuts to switch to specific layouts don't seem to be working at all; nothing happens when I press them.

Humm on wayland (git build from 2 weeks ago) I see the OSD and the layout actually changes.
