KTorrent window with stalled torrents

SUMMARY
When adding any torrent/.torrent the download does not start, they all stay with the "Stalled" status. Software like qBittorrent works normally and the download starts instantly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a .torrent as https://archlinux.org/releng/releases/2024.08.01/torrent/ or https://files.kde.org/neon/images/testing/20240730-0336/neon-testing-20240730-0336.iso.torrent to KTorrent.

OBSERVED RESULT
“Stalled” and “unable to contact a tracker” status on any added torrents.

EXPECTED RESULT
The download starts.
