SUMMARY
Ark can open and extract Windows Portable Executable files, but can't replace files in them or otherwise edit. Certain other archive managers, such as 7zip, have such capabilities.

Suggestion: add PE editing capabilities to Ark

Turns out, "archive" PE-EXE (not SFX) files are regular ZIP archives that can be edited/repacked
