homebew php linking problem, when i update my php version to new one, i get new in my terminal but by sever still loads old one only after deleting and re-installing brew my new php version i in both terminal and server client. If i dump it in browers it show old version

From the description I don't see how this can be a problem with KDE software, maybe look for support specific to your web server, e.g. documentation or support forum.
