SUMMARY
kdenlive 24.05.2 can't add title clip

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ubuntu 24.04
2.  How do I activate it?
3.  It is disabled as shown in the image.

Thanks for your report. This is most probably an issue in MLT packaging. Are you using your distribution's package ? Kdenlive depends on MLT for the titling feature, and it is important that MLT is compiled against the same Qt version as Kdenlive.

Can you check that libmlt-data is also installed, and give me the exact versions of Kdenlive and MLT ?

I just installed libmlt-data.
I installed it from flathub.org/home.
AddTitle is sometimes enabled and sometimes disabled.
