SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Adjust screen brightness in Power Management to 25% and apply
2. Check screen brightness in plasma shell in lower right corner. It will be 1% higher
3. Found that this isn't always the true for some brightness settings. Such as 50% displays 50% in both. (Must be some rounding taking place)

OBSERVED RESULT

Plasma shell displays 1% larger brightness than power management

EXPECTED RESULT

Expect both to display the same percent brightness

With current git master, I'm not able to reproduce this issue with any brightness value I try.
