SUMMARY
When using Spectacle with multiple monitors of different sizes, the floating options can be unreachable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 monitors of different resolutions. Align the top edge of the monitors.
2. With Spectacle take a screenshot using the Rectangular Region tool
3. Position the rectangle on the smaller monitor, along the bottom of the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
1. The floating options bar disappears out the bottom. Presumably due to Spectacle calculating if you're on the bottom of your entire screen workspace, instead of that specific monitor.

EXPECTED RESULT
1. Have the bar move to above the rectangle, like it does if the rectangle is placed near the bottom of the bigger monitor.
