Basically, I want some rules to happen the moment a window goes into a VD and/or Screen.

My use case is to basically have a VD/Screen where all windows are maximized and without Titlebar, to mimic and Android Tablet or a 3-meter UI, but without having Rules that mess with the other VDs/Screens
