SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. the computer was left (not sleeping),
2. turn on the monitor,
3. log in through the lock
4. enter your username and password

OBSERVED RESULT
black color panel and Desktop
open applications (programs) continued to work


EXPECTED RESULT
So that the panel does not disappear. 
Make sure that the copy indicator is tied to Dolphin, and not on the taskbar.

just a switched-off, dimmed screen
