Hotspot Configuration

Dear Team, This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #490388.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
**Issue Description:**
When attempting to create a WiFi hotspot on KDE Neon with security set to "WPA/WPA2 Personal" and a strong password, the hotspot is created successfully. However, devices trying to connect to this hotspot encounter issues:

1. Devices indicate that the hotspot has "weak WiFi security" and display a warning about "poor security".
2. Despite entering the correct password, devices are unable to connect to the hotspot and display a message "can't connect to network, try again".
3. This problem persists even after restarting the laptop.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Connect the laptop to an Ethernet network.
2. Use KDE's network settings to create a WiFi hotspot.
3. Configure the hotspot with "WPA/WPA2 Personal" security and a strong password.
4. Save settings, restart the laptop, and attempt to enable the hotspot.
5. Other devices try to connect to the hotspot but encounter the issues mentioned above.

**Expected Behavior:**
The WiFi hotspot should:
- Have "WPA/WPA2 Personal" security enabled.
- Allow devices to connect securely using the specified password without issues.

**Additional Notes:**
- Changing the hotspot settings back to an open network allows devices to connect successfully, indicating the issue is specific to "WPA/WPA2 Personal" "WPA3" security configuration or you can say any security with password.

Please investigate this issue as it prevents secure WiFi hotspot functionality on KDE Neon, impacting usability for users who require secure connections for their devices. If further information or logs are needed for debugging, please let me know how I can assist.
