Image of the before shift click then after. (Scroll bar)

SUMMARY
When I have several audio / video tracks that require scrolling down to see them all and I scroll to the bottom then try to shift, click and drag to highlight several clips at once the interface scrolls down a bit. Not much but annoying.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have several audio / video clips on the timeline that requires you to scroll down.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the timeline and try and shift click and drag to select somthing. Upon clicking the timeline will drop slightly.

It looks like the timeline, when at the bottom and draging, drops to be below the scroll bar for navigating left and right rather than sitting atop it.
