SUMMARY
The refresh rate isn't highlighted as modified when it's set to its non-default value.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Enable "Highlight Changed Settings" in `systemsettings`.
2.  Visit `kcm_kscreen`.
3.  Change the refresh rate from 60 Hz (default) to 75 Hz.

OBSERVED RESULT
It's not highlighted in orange.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be.
