Created attachment 172078 [details] Panels appearing above application dashboard SUMMARY Sometimes when opening the application dashboard, plasma panels appear on top of the dashboard instead of beneath it. This behavior consistently occurs: * When all applications are minimized, and: * After clicking an area of a panel that does not contain an interactable widget. (For instance, an expanding spacer) The issue does not occur if : * An application is not minimized, or * You click on the desktop prior to opening the application dashboard STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Minimize all windows 2. Click on an empty area of a panel 3. Open the application dashboard either by clicking the icon, or using the keyboard shortcut OBSERVED RESULT Plasma panels appear above the application dashboard (on the Z axis). EXPECTED RESULT Plasma panels appear below the application dashboard.
